2. Basic characteristics of the product
The name, original (OEM) part number, quantity and unit price of the part you order are shown on the product page and in the written quote. KTM, Husqvarna and GasGas parts are listed by their original (OEM) part number, CF Moto parts by product code.
3. Price, taxes and payment
- Prices shown on the site are in euros (EUR) and Turkish VAT does not apply (export sale).
- Import VAT, customs duties and the carrier's customs clearance fees in your country of delivery are borne by the buyer.
- The shipping cost, the total amount payable and the estimated delivery time are shown in the written quote.
- Payment is made via Wise or by international bank transfer (SWIFT/IBAN) after you accept the quote.
4. Delivery
- Shipments are sent by tracked international courier; the delivery term is DAP (Incoterms® 2020).
- Unless otherwise agreed, delivery takes place no later than 30 days after receipt of payment.
- Delivery is made to the address you confirmed in the quote. The seller is not responsible for delays caused by an incorrect address.
- If the product is to be delivered to a person other than the buyer, the seller cannot be held responsible if that person refuses to accept delivery.
5. Right of withdrawal
International orders are final sales; there is no withdrawal, return or exchange for parts delivered correctly and free of defects.
If the part we send has the wrong number or is defective, we send the correct part or refund the amount you paid; shipping costs are on us.

The contract is governed by the law of the Republic of Türkiye; if you are a consumer, the provisions of the law of your habitual residence that cannot be derogated from by agreement remain unaffected. Consumers may also bring proceedings before the courts of the place where they live.
7. Confirmation
The buyer declares that, before accepting the quote, they have read this preliminary information form and accept the Distance Sales Agreement, and that they are entering into a payment obligation.
